business was recommended to me from the Mountain Villas in Duluth. I
asked her to set up a newlywed welcome package for my son and his new
bride. She went above and beyond all expectations. Kim added personal
touches that were amazing. When the couple walked into their Villa, they
were met with pizzazz. From a path of rose petals, to pink and green
spongies (their wedding colors!) and bath crystals... from tulle hanging
from the chandelier to champagne and goblets... from chocolate covered

worth every dime. From initial contact to setting up the reception
dinner, Kim made everything flow as smoothly as silk. I can't tell
you what a relief that was!!! Thanks to Kim and Lake Superior
Concierge, our special day went off without a hitch and we are a
truly grateful, happily married couple.

has been a life saver for a daughter that lives many miles away
from Duluth. We could not have had a wonderful girls weekend for
Mom's birthday without the help of Kim - she delivered the
flowers, balloons, food and arranged pedicures and manicures at
the Spirit Mountain condo. The following year she personally
delivered a birthday cake and gift to Mom. She even stayed and
had a cup of coffee with Mom on her special day. The services
